Using Vertexa

You may use the public whiteboard for lawful personal or commercial work. You remain responsible for the content and files you place on a board.

Local data responsibility

The current free whiteboard is local-first and does not provide a cloud backup guarantee. Browser data can be deleted by browser settings, device cleanup, private browsing, or profile loss.

PDFs and imported material

You must have the rights or permission needed to use imported documents, images, and other material.

Connected AI services

If you connect Codex, you authorize Vertexa to use that connection only for study-agent requests you initiate. Your use of Codex remains subject to the terms, availability, limits, and account policies provided by OpenAI. You can disconnect Codex from the agent panel.

Availability

The service may change as Vertexa develops. We work to preserve document compatibility, but beta software may contain defects and should not be the only location for critical material.
